MeadFleet raising prices every couple of months, general maintenance not included in grounds costs such as cutting back trees

The area around its busy. Its near to super market, main roads everthing.

The area is good. Good access to everything, including the underground and the shopping centre. It is half an hour away by car to Central London.

The area is clean and nice. There is a park too close we can get there from a public path but this is not clean. There are many dirty bins. The transportation link is very good.

The area is very quite and safe. There is one bus stop outside and a tube station 8 minutes walk away. I think that the area its good but need a redevelopment.

When i was searching a home 4 years ago I was searching a lot the crime crime and the safety of the area because I have a son and I wanted to know about that. The crime range in this are is too low compared to others.
