Perfect location in city center, modern flats, can be a little bit noisy when there are Sheffield marathons and the odd drunk people shouting, but usually fine

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Jessica the Senior Consultant on site is usually very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the building only runs on one meter and that they would attempt to charge us for the whole building's excess energy usage, despite the contracts explicitly stating the limits of our specific flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area where apollo residence is located at is very lovely and convenient for a busy professional/student.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and calmly. Espescially the cleaning team who did a lovely job of preparing my apartment and cleaning it nicely

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how nice the community was aswell, that is a really good factor about this building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located a couple minutes away from the Moor high street which is perfect as it means shopping is always easy. The fact that the building is located so close to the train station is great as I have to take my daily commute via train.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any queries that have been raised have been dealt with quickly.

All my questions were answered prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of traffic noise, anti social behaviour outside which you can hear inside your apartment. Lack of parking availability too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have for the most part responded promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known that there aren’t individual meters for our utilities so in the case of everyone in the building going over our allowance, everyone is liable to pay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, close to Sheffield Hallam University, and city centre with lots of shops and restaurants around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a problem with my radiator that got fixed quickly and it works better than ever

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The front of the building has no driveway so whenever i get deliveries the driver gets confused and has to park across or at the back and either i have to walk to him or he has to come. A good thing is that we have a group chat and can discuss anything which is really helpful for anyone who is new to the city or just needs to borrow some sugar :)
