Too many issues with the installations in the flat

The apartments are nicely laid out. The 3 bed has tons of storage space. However, it is my opinion that the quality is below par. Too many issues with the installations in the flat e.g. sockets that pop out, toilet flushing mechanisms poorly fitted, door handles falling off, leaking ceilings (I am not on the top floor). Management is a great challenge - facilities and maintenance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic location. Central to facilities for everyday living - shopping -Asda, Morrison’s, M&S Foods, Wilkos etc. transport, recreational activities - Costa, Wenzel’s, with a bus & tube station nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been told that the contractor will send a report about the leaking ceiling, I am still waiting for this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everyone should spend as much time as possible the property management firm, as they would the property developer.
