Sometimes, often at weekends their is a noise issue from the pub but usually quietens at a reasonable time

One thing I wish I knew would be how to set the technical side of things up e.g heating timers

The concierge and the security aspect of my development.

Good - great bars, restaurants, pubs and parks nearby and pretty location. Bad - only very expensive car parking options available.

How much I would struggle with the lack of storage

The location is amazing just by the station and all the best parts of Tunbridge wells
