Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are a short walk (less than a mile) away from Market Harborough, which offers a wide range of good quality restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and convenience stores, and transport facilities include train, buses and taxis. Our street is quiet with private driveways and few cars parked on the road during the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always responded in a timely manner and offered practical solutions. Attentive and professional team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was an extremely pleasant surprise to know that the canal was so close as all members of the family are runners and it is an excellent spot. On the not so positive side, bathroom sealants needed touching up straight away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect if you like outdoor living whilst also being close to all of the amenities the town centre has to offer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded promptly, however, we find that it takes some time for action to happen on a few occasions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that we knew more about the parking situation of others around us, as we find that the roads can sometimes be lined with cars.

The location is good with three easy access supermarkets lots of bars and restaurants close to the train

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The landlord had been good especially when we asked for bathroom fitting

I wish we had known that the garden was on a slope

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wellington Place is a lovely place to live. It’s on the edge of the beautiful Market Town of Market Harborough with all the facilities you need including a good range of shops and places to eat out. The town centre is in walking distance but there is plenty of parking if you want to take the car. The housing development at Wellington Place has some beautiful open spaces and countryside views and has the lovely canal close by with the narrow boats and waterside restaurant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely brilliant service. Whenever we needed to talk about any issues, then the service was always, friendly, fast and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The dust generated on site, we knew we would be living on a building site, but my car is never clean!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good parking. Nice open spaces. Lots of dust and dirt. Roads not smooth. Some trees/bushes dead. No exercise/gym park. No shops or restaurants in the development yet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On some ok, others either ignored or initially refused to sort until challenged/escalated via nhbc. Seems very much bare minimum vs trying to provide a real positive experience or provide the wow factor, clearly costs are main priority for this outfit.

After care experience, quality of finish after living in the property lacking as spot corners cut and poor workmanship.
