All around great flats

The design of the flats is great and they are well built, the soundproofing is excellent too which is really important to me m. Comes with fibre wi fi already and it’s really quick and Ecotricity on a smart meter already set up. Virtual viewings are handy too if you struggle to make it in person

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect - next to the canal and loads of great local restaurants and pubs about 10 minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

That’s my only criticism really, you do have to chase if you have maintenance issues. All staff on reception are really nice though

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fruit flies in the summer unfortunately, on the plus side though they are warm and I don’t ever need the heating on in winter

Perfect for city-living!

Perfect space and build for city living. The private bathrooms in the two-beds are life-savers. The mariner nearby is great for time outdoors, though increasingly popular. And its so close to the station for travelling anywhere for work or a holiday!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location. Lots of places to eat and drink, or walk around when its sunny! Close to transport links too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance are quick. Agents are slow. But problems are usually solved with little issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The MCRlife discounts. Would have loved to get those in sooner!

Lovely place to live

I love the lag out of the apartment and the reception is very aestheticly pleasing with spaces to sit. Building management is good the concierge is always there when I need and they make it easy to get parcels and always answer my questions I like how I have access to my gym also.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is everyone around me I need it is close to the centre and it’s not too loud. Although there has been roadworks going on for a while it doesn’t wake me up when it is early at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful apart from the first incident

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing that I feel like I need to add in this section

Great value, great layout, great location

The concierges are all super friendly. The design of the flat works really well with bedrooms at either side of the main living space, both with ab en suite. I do wish there was a full size fridge freezer in the kitchen area though. Building management has always been very responsive. Bins can get a bit messy at times, but are always regularly sorted

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Greats variety of bars and restaurants in a 5 min walk. Gym and big shops also close. Although there is a lot of development going on and creates a bit of an eye sore, you can rarely hear it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only had one enquiry and they responded quickly

Very good place to live

The exterior design is eye catching. The internal layout is fine, although the corridors are very bare and clinical. There could be more access to lifts as the building is quite long so it takes a while to even get your flat. Property management is good. Regularly cleaned.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to supermarkets and there are plenty of bars and venues to socialise. The Marina nearby is beautiful - especially on a sunny day. The demographic is young and fun. Parking is tricky and there is anti-social behaviour around if you go north of here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and send someone round in a few days

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the area before - it is lovely. Just wish I had enough money to enjoy everything around here to the fullest!
