Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are so man close by shops coop is a couple min drive, Aldi and BQ are a 10 min walk. The bus stop is a 3 min walk , 15 minutes to the train station, or 20 min by bike . Parking is plenty in front or tonthe side of house. Just had couple of new build issues, property maintenance were very professional about fixing all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On viewing day, my family and I took an uber to town in order to have lunch. :) that became our leisure walk because it is pleasant and close. On the negative side, I wished the rent wouldn't have increased to the amount it did.

What is the best feature of your home:

Simple, nice, has 2 bathrooms and a guest WC on the ground floor, which until now I haven't seen in a reasonably priced property

Everything is great apart from parking for visitors can be a little problematic. Watling grange is quiet and convenient to get into Harrogate and beyond.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently, and checking in to make sure items have been resolved

The area is great. So far the few interactions with neighbors has been nice. Management is very responsive and friendly. It's easy to have any issues resolved. For parking, It's kinda crammed around here. Bin collection can be hit or miss. Sometimes they'll just forget the entire area. It hasn't been a major problem though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can't think of anything off the top of my head currently.

What is the best feature of your home:

Having a fenced in yard. Excellent for any pet owner.

Close to shops, parks, post office and public transport. Very quiet even though we live near a main road and very safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything has been great since we moved in however there are some social housing issues where there is anti social behavior from young teenage children which can be intimidating.

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan house and spacious garden and garage storage

None that I can think of. They respond to our emails quickly
