Development is modern and functional. Great services and you always have assistance from reception. Monica and Avery are great and know all of the things that we need. Never feel in doubt and very very very happy to have made the choice of living here.

Amazing flats and lovely reception. Location is great. Prices are also good and area is nice and funny

Urbanbubble is not good though. They just ignore you.

I love my little norther quarter flat!

Really great property management! Concierge are always really helpful. Design of the flat is great especially with having equal room sizes, bathrooms etc. A couple of downfalls would be choice of furniture, blinds etc which are sometimes problematic. I.e. mirrored furniture gets super marked very quickly but it’s a minor issue. Blinds in the bedrooms are quite poor quality and often feel very limp like they could fall off at any point. But no other faults on design.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is perfect, couldn’t be any more convenient & close to the city centre with a large breadth of shops, hospitality, events etc. Anti social behaviour is rare, but the alleyway on Joiner St does sometimes attract misbehaviour especially on weekends, to be honest it does not bother us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the flat had no view as such and is on a side street. If o was to rent again I would want a higher quality view and a higher rise flat for what I pay.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is perfect and could not be any better!!!

good in many aspects

First of all, there is only one key in the mailbox of the apartment. I don't know if the landlord only has one or only gave me one. This is very inconvenient for a double room. Secondly, the garbage room has to go through a long corridor. It will be much more convenient to design a garbage outlet, such as elizabeth tower.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: easy to go shopping in m&s or Selfridges. Bad: The curtains are not very shading. Sometimes I can’t get sleep in noon.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have an excellent location that 3 tesco, Aldi, Marks and Spencer, Morrisons and Lidi around the apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

2 bedroom 2 bathroom gives a better privately space for each other than en-suite or houses.

The building and property are both well managed and maintained. It feels extremely modern and the amenities are easy to use. The design of the house is the perfect size to house the capacity and comes with great storage space. Everything is extremely neat and clean.

Everything you need is within an arm’s distance thanks to the fantastic location. It is well linked to any form of preferred transportation.

Wish we knew more about how to set up the space which we were confused about when we moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is how modern the space is, the furniture is wonderful and the storage space is very helpful.

Great location, affordable apartment

Lovely reception staff, simple design and facilities but great for what's on offer in the area. Location is fantastic. Only flaw was being told it was dog friendly on moving in but now the policy has changed overnight which has caused an issue which we're pursuing.

Great location, close to all transport links including tram stops and major train stations. Lots of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants with loads of variety. Perfect location for a city centre apartment.

Told it was dog friendly but policy has changed which is disappointing

Big windows, location, suitably sized rooms, rooftop garden
