Skyvillion Tower Point Apartments is centrally located at less than 2 minutes' walk to Enfield Town and Palace Shopping Mall, Enfield town park , and It is less than a 5-minute walk away from Enfield Town Station. Easy access to the M25, A10 and A406 North Circular as well as good links to Oakwood Station (Piccadilly Line), Enfield Chase Station and Enfield Town Station which gives access to London within 35 minutes. Area nice and quiet compare to other parts of Enfield. Council tax charge very high, In the summer it can be a bit noisy, as everybody keep windows open, and spend time on balconyes. You cant keep any think on the balcony, as when it is raining everything can get wet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently have leak and the management responded very well, it was fixed within 48 h

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the are no such things, as I new everything about it, as I have friend leving in the same builing long before me.

The only thing that’s ok about tower point is it’s location being right next to Enfield town and station and Enfield town park is also fantastic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They take weeks and weeks it’s a joke. Beware it’s just horrid

Location is very convenient to all local amenities , gym, park, shopping centre, cafe shops.

Utility bill prices higher then in other buildings in the same area.

What is the best feature of your home:

Convenient location, 2 train station 30 min by train and you in central London. Gym in the same building, park, shopping centra
