Nothing bad. I highly recommend this area. But the gym should include a bathroom, that's very strange if I need to use the bathroom during my training, I need to go back home and use my bathroom. If possible, a bathroom will be needed. Also the window should be able to be opened, but mine cannot be opened.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Facilities were convenient. All the shops and restaurants were close, I didn't need to waste my time on the way.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They solved them as quickly as they could, I quite appreciate that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The window situation, it's different from others.

Life at timber yard!!

Dushant Gohri (Tenant)

Property is beautiful designed with a modern architecture, having 247 concierge, a fully equipped gym to workout and a screen room big enough to host 20-30 people, also the apartments are spacious enough without worrying about the space and equipped with all basic amenities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in timber yard is just wonderful, having quiet locality but not to forget the access to number of bars, pubs, clubs all in 5 minutes vicinity and even closer to the new street station which is just about 8 minutes walk to catch any train within UK. The area seems to be safe because of the liveliness all around the clock.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t gotten into any situation where I felt the need to report any problems but I’m sure management will solve any problem without any difficulty

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything has been good so far. The apartment comes with everything you need.

Not worth the price

The place is badly made and it very confusing to get around. It is very overpriced for what it is offering. The keys do not allow access for all entrances which is very annoying and for safety it is not useful at all. To be honest I’m not happy with this development and it needs work.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The bad aspects are the place is very noisy from tenants from inside and outside. I complained about it an nothing happened. Just excuses from the concierge team. People entering the gym without living in the building. Not very secure as homeless people have entered the building many times. Dogs in the lift and jumping on tenants and leaving mess around. People dropping liquids and bins in the lift. A lot of mess from people in the area as there a clubs nearby drinks and takeaway containers is litter. Cigarette droppings in the communal garden area. Very bad insulation and badly made. Expensive property made with cheap materials. The agency expect you fix things yourself and they take weeks to fix issues. It’s very disappointing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They haven’t responded or they just apologise for the issue and nothing is changed or rectified.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Firstly I wish I would have know about the insulation as it is very bad and also how unsoundproof the building was. If I knew if access the gym with strangers I wouldn’t have moved in. Also someone tried to break into the apartment and spoke to concierge and nothing was done. They also took inventory pictures after we had moved in without our notice and some items have gone missing.

Could be better, overpriced

The design is nice but the property manager does not address any issues. Absolutely nothing is done when there is an issue in the building. They tell you to email and nothing is done. It is a nice building with a nice gym but there’s no benches, the gym equipment isn’t ever fixed and it’s disappointing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lot of business on the street, it’s a nice development a bit over priced. Nothing gets fixed and it is very annoying. There’s a lot of homeless people around the area too and the tenants resin the lifts with their bins

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

He’s okay not very flexible in this cost of living crisis

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the flat didn’t have a bedroom window and this was very deceitful
