Nothing aroud! no shops or buses coming to the area, disgrace! I wished I knew more about this before moving in.

Checked Facebook groups about the scams this company is doing!!!

What is the best feature of your home:

I can not say there is anything I enjoy about my house as my garden is disgrace and the interior of my house has hundered of faults..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With the development in its early stages, there is no local shops within walking distance. There are however various parks for the children in which to play. The transport links to the A421 and M1 are really good and mean less time is spend travelling to and from work. There is plenty of parking with allocated spaces and visitor bays outside the property. There is limited traffic noise however due to the build of the houses, they are more susceptible to noise meaning we regularly hear what is going on outside the property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is important to attend the house to gain a feel for each rooms size. The dining room is small and after careful consideration, we have downgraded the size of our table/ chairs.

What is the best feature of your home:

The attention to detail provided in each room, as per the extras we asked for is something that certainly makes our home that much special. Integrated appliances in the kitchen ensure everything is hidden away whilst each room on the first and second floor is spacious so that we as a family can grow and have fun.
