My apartment is stylish and modern with huge rooms if I’m honest it’s probably too much space. En-suite and master bathrooms. Spacious living and kitchen area and in built wardrobe slots are a great addition as well as the huge storage/ boiler cupboard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area to live, poor for parking but that’s the only real negative. Traffic can be a bit of a nightmare but most thing s you need are walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly sorted the issue on the boiler by using external company’s

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Slow to fix communal areas, lift has been faulty for over a year

Thus far the design seems well planned with plenty of storage space . With regards to facilities....the white goods are very very basic. As drying laundry on the balcony is frowned upon, understandably, a washer/dryer would have been a better laundry system to be provided. Although there the ability to add a tumble dryer stacked above the washing machine this would take up valuable storage space. The grounds people are at the moment cutting the grass verges and keeping the area very neat and tidy. The sales team are almost always on hand to answer any queries or help in any other way.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our development is basically quite good. It is in easy walking distance a variety of shops eateries and the historic Gloucester docks however there is no post box without driving or cycling. Personally we are lucky as we look over the marina but the other side of the building has little in the way of view. Currently domestic waste is just chucked into the bin store...no bins or skips for sorting re cycling etc. Very little parking considering most couples have 2 vehicles and position of your allocated parking spot appears a little haphazard.....ours..once finished is not outside our building although some of the apartments are not yet occupied. Traffic noise is no more than you would expect living in an urban area and this development is far enough away from the social centre of the quays with all its bars and restaurants not to be affected by unsociable behaviour so far.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To date we have not needed to raise any issues with the building management.

Try for waterside view if you possibly can.

The design of the flat is very good. It’s very spacious even though it is only a one bedroom flat. It’s very light and airy and the balcony provides much needed outdoor space. The facilities are good, however it would be better to have a proper bins in the bin store.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: Shops and restaurants ten min walk away with nice walks along the canal. Cons: building work opposite and warehouses working through the night, very noisy and can’t have windows open during the night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any problems that the developed or building management have need to respond to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the noise outside at night

I believe the design for all the properties is great although the kitchen could do with more drawers. The bedrooms are a very good size and sunken wall space for wardrobes is excellent. Larger kitchen/ living area and the whole flat is well lit. The whole development feels very safe and secure

Great area to live with short walks to everywhere, parking situation is the only issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues with my property therefore I have not had to contact management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had all the information I needed from Liam in the sales office therefore I cannot think of anything I would have liked to know
