Up to top quality

Lara (Shared Owner)

Up to top quality. Nice finishes in the properties and feels clean and new. The finish inside the interiors is modern and seamless. It’s great there are lifts too. The outside of the properties look clean and new. They are not an eye - sore like some developments.

The quays is a perfect location for someone young. Lots of bars and pubs nearby. Lots of walks and close to town centre

I haven’t currently raised any issues but I am sure they would.

Love it!

Parking closer to the flat would be better, however glad that I have a space rather than none. The flats are very spacious and the pictures are quite deceiving. Shops are a short walk along the canal and sainsburys is a stones throw away. If you’re like me and work from home, everything being so close means I use my car much less which is great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The flats are close to amenities and my block that looks over the canal is quieter than expected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had quite a few issues occur with my mortgage provider but these were sorted quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The internet provider isn’t standard which limits choice

Perfect Little Flat

HomeOwner (Owner)

Cannot fault the helpfulness of those working at the development. Only problem is a lack of cleaning in communal areas and window cleaning. Building has been designed well so that the noise of neighbours is extremely minimal. Absolutely love my flat and couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location for shops and coffee places which means there is always something to do at weekends. Excellent location for travel with good transport links as well as a short walk away from buses and trains.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any queries raised we responded to quickly and were fixed by the end of the week

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is limited to specific internet providers which limits choice, price and speeds

Lovely flat

Lovely flat, could of done with more cupboards in the kitchen and storage in general. Electric heating is extremely expensive and they could have put GCH in these properties, especially as a number of the properties are local housing association. They are very spacious flats but could do with more parking also.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to everything, quite quiet, only bad thing is the smell from Gloucester tip that is about a 2min walk and you can smell almost all the time :(

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Electric heating is expensive and more storage and parking needed.

Living at Gloucester Docks

I love the design of the flat. Lots of spacious rooms and the built in wardrobe is practically the size of a small room. I have plenty of kitchen space as well as a utility room for additional storage so I am happy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that we have our own parking space right outside. The recycling system is very well organised. We have been provided built in recycling in our homes and then it can easily be placed into the relevant bins in the bin room outside. It’s so convenient having a supermarket right on our doorstep and it’s a lovely walk along the harbour into town.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Internet has to be used by specific provider
