The building is new and lovely but could use more windows in the apartment. I really like the layout of the apartment and the kitchen space. It has a modern finish and nice tiling. I personally like the furniture too. Very modern and comfortable. Thanks.

Really love living here! Love living in ancoats, very friendly area and has everything you need in walking distance. Had a good experience with the property management so far! Have been quite attentive to any issues we’ve had although we haven’t lived here long. Quite an expensive area and building though for the size of the flats.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love the area this is in. Great for food, drinks, supermarkets and very close to town. Not too great for people with cars after the area was pedestrianised.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sorted out our skirting boards and broken washing machine very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Concierge/parcel room doesn’t feel very secure. Anyone can help themselves to parcels.

Always very clean, however woeful property management. Not consistent in views/rules. Inflexible. Not professional. Slow to respond to the parcel room being ransacked and other thefts in the building. The building is not secure. Would not recommend the management of this development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for bars and restaurants Very well maintained and clean. Always very presentable. Some anti social behaviour Not always guaranteed parking in the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow to respond. Non caring. Always out of the office.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poorly the development is managed. Parcel room or car park is not secure despite claims.

The building interior is lovely

Nyran H (Tenant)

The building interior is lovely especially on the first floor with the indoor plants and the printing press (at least that’s what I think it is) but if you look up, it can look a bit prison like due to the rows of apartments on either side. Not really any facilities on offer besides paid storage and a car park. The property managers are excellent however and any issues have been swiftly rectified.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of amenities (bars, restaurants and the like) on your doorstep that are convenient to access. Bin store emptied all the time so never have to worry about leaving rubbish. Easy access to buses, trains, and trams plus super easy to get an Uber.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been dealt with swiftly and effectively thus far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s lots of running groups in the area so if that’s your thing, you are in luck
