Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I chose this development for the area. It's very residential and surrounded by greenery, golf clubs. There is a nice farm and nursery and Equestrian centre. Not many shops around but it's a 7 min drive, 25 mins walk or 10 mins bus ride to shops in North Finchley, Finchley Central or Mill Hill Broadway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responding and have addressed smaller issues like chipped paint or scratched floor but not doing anything to address my main issue which is my insulation and windows. I can't sleep in my bedroom, I sleep in the living room. The customer care is just dragging the process until the warranty expires.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As a first time buyer I wish I knew the things that I need to pay attention to (i.e insulation) and carry out proper and professional checks before buying.
