The local area is lovely and in such a good location. Rural village with plenty of walks and footpaths. School and pub located in the village and a short drive from local towns. Bus route through the village and walking distance to other pubs. The village is quiet and well kept.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all issues were eventually resolved. Took us to chase customer services a few times and some jobs got forgotten about

Looked into the upgrades more and picked some of them

The village of Blackfordby is nice, although like most places these days shops etc have closed down over the years.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, problems have been addressed. I think some problems and snags can and should be sorted before handover.

Look more closely at the the fit and finish of the property.

Bogging of water on the play area Meadfleet charge who don’t maintain the development to a good enough standard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The timeframe to rectify faults within the house was appalling Multiple work men coming out and issues still not being resolved

How bad davidsons customer service is How bad the timescale would be ok the snag list

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is great! We have beautiful walks, a gorgeous local pub & shops not too far away at all. Our only negative is the factory, when we viewed the property I think it was closed due to COVID so there was never noise. Now there is always a humming which is a shame.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and very helpful. No problem seems to much trouble and communicating is easy.

Just again about the factory, it is what it is but I wish it was made more clear about the sound prior to purchase. Other than that we are so happy and in love with our home.

Lovely quiet estate, location is great and nice village feel with the local pub a 2 minute walk away which is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The snag list was tended to with a slight delay - but that was down to the coronavirus. There is an ongoing issue with the downstairs toilet door but I am sure this will be sorted soon

No hints or tips really - the process was very quick and streamlined, particularly given the circumstances around at the time with COVID-19
