Good Location and Facilities

Concierge at hand 24/7, Property manager is also on hand 9-4 very handy. The design aspect with the property is modern, classy and aesthetically pleasing although the reception area would benefit from up keep of maintenance. Council on hand for property reds through property manager

Fantastic location in my opinion, close proximity to a few gyms & many popular shops. Also close to good transport links and possesses great parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management always on hand to solve any maintenance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No need to call the council for reporting of repairs just talk to property manager

Facilities are good Should of been more in the room such as the laundry room is not nearby especially if we have kids it’s not great to keep walking up and down and with them to the wash room Building should of had a bin shoot instead of walking outside every second

Surrounding is great and variety of shops and schools

You will be waiting for months and when you finally get to speak to him he nothing has beeen done
