The location of Somerford Park in Brewood is fantastic. We are able to easily communte onto the A5 and onto major motorway links and other towns. The walk into Brewood village is ten minutes and there are a wealth of amenities there such as restaurants, bars, walking routes, shops, schools, etc The area is really picturesque and everyone seems friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any queries or snags have either already been dealt with or are in the system.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It felt as though we were taking a huge leap, investing more money in our new home. However, with hindsight it was the right decision as we have not only purchased a beautiful new homes but also gained a terfific new lifestyle!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Beautiful location, kept scenery in mind around the build. Small development it’s not overcrowded. Small play area in the middle. Different styles of houses have been built, some with character. Good facilities within the village. Bad - a lot of nosey passers by staring into your house, living in a building site gets your house filthy, sometimes can’t open windows with noise and dust! The building site has made the exterior of my property dirty.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have been dealing with all issues raised. Easy to contact.

How noisy and messy it would be living on a building site

The development is situated on the edge of Brewood village, easy walk into the village with a local park, local good quality pubs, local shops including butches and bakers, small carpark in centre of village. Local transport isn't very good, bus service only runs once an hour, so you need a car for anything out side the village

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Few snagging problems which were all attended to and rectified

Problem with post code not recognised by most data base maps so for deliveries use the site post code and direct from there.

Perfect location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, they took our Snag list and completed 1 or 2 things and nothing since. We have been in the property since October 21

To contact the site manager regarding issues before they leave site. Customer service after moving in is disappointing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brewood has an excellent range of pubs and restaurants. We’ve tried most of them now and are really impressed. It’s located in the countryside so there’s plenty of walks around which we absolutely love! We’re really happy with our plot - we’ve got lovey neighbours and it’s really quiet with good off street parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’m the most part yes - but recently we’ve had big problems with customer service not responding to us and taking a long time to sort things which is a shame as other than that we’ve been really pleased with the whole buying process and living here. The girls at the marketing suite were brilliant when we were buying.

That we needed a tv aerial installing in the loft to get tv channels.
