It is a nice place to live as it is right next to the beach, although traffic is bad here but the houses are on the smaller size and not much space for storage, the gardens are a good size and also a little dissapointing that it's taking so long to build a park on the site as promised and also not happy about the passage to be built to the train station as a lot of random people may start passing through this private estate

Good aspects is that it is right next to the beach although bad is while driving it is sometimes horrible to get out and about as it's on only one of two main roads into Lytham st annes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They fixed various small issues at the start quite well

That there are some trouble maker children and families living here
