1. Building design is good but can be improved by have a small balcony in each apartment to get some fresh air... 2. Regarding facilities...its good to have car parking...but the building does not have lift....that's a negative point as well as there is no gas in the building....everything is on electric meter.... 3. Management is okkk....but the people in apartments of building should also be considerate and show respect to others...

I am happy with the location point...as Aldi and Alexandra park are at just 7-8 minute walking distance...Also bus stop is very convenient.... traffic noise is a bit much but tolerable....while its okkk with bin collection as I did not see any rubbish on road...thats good....but I must say people should be responsible for their after pet...as always walking on the foothpath....its really shame that people with pets are really inconsiderate....

no smart meter to keep track of energy consumption

What is the best feature of your home:

the best feature is that the apartment is spacious ...as well as the big nice cupboard in each room...

The property as a whole is great the design and spaciousness of the house is really amazing compared to others the parking for the property could do with a bit more space although there is also road parking and the facilities and building management is great

There’s a good range of local shops and fast foods in the area close to rusholme and has good options proximity to transportation is good and the Peking is alright

Modern design is great and the property is well looked after and clean all year round. No bad neighbours. Problems quickly resolved such as bike storage problems which were resolved within a week. Bin storage and bike storage clean and well looked after too.

Aldi (5 min walk)- recent refurbishment which is great for weekly shop Excellent transport links to city centre

Excellent transport links- bus stops in both directions with buses every 10 minutes to the city centre.

Modern design and flexibility to decorate as we would like.

CCTV is required because of the theft mentioned above. Design and facilities are good. When we moved in in July 2021, we asked for some help with issues in our home e.g. flooring and walls in the bathroom had yellow stains and the back door handle was damaged. I submitted a request over the phone and heard nothing back.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is poorly managed. Street is always full on both sides due to the MSV care home staff parking in our space. There is regular theft on the street at night. People's car gets unlocked and items are stolen and the car is left open overnight and the police will not do anything about it. Lots of local shops and the main bus stop is right around the corner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of support from MSV housing and the kitchen exhaust fan not having a vent taking the air out of the house. Both fans need to be on and both doors need to be open while cooking otherwise the smell spreads to the top of the house, even with the door to the staircase closed.

What is the best feature of your home:

A toilet/bathroom on all 3 floors and the storage space.

Layout of the flats/ building is good. Good design and looks modern Good falicities other than the shower, it’s too slow/ not powerful enough. Building management seems to have been good so far. Have had leaks coming from the roof and mould growing on windows.

Good access to buses, aldi close by. Lots of cars speeding down the street on a night/ loud talking/ music coming from cars.

Top floor apartments get extremely hot in summer, not worth paying extra for top floor

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact that it is very modern and has good appliances such and washing machine sand dishwasher
