Viewing 1-5 out of 50
I love it for the terraces and the view. If I could find these things elsewhere I would move.

Building design great. Property management used to be great when opened 4 years ago. Since then has gone downhill. Things never get fixed for months. Windows should be washed 2x a year have not been done in a year and a half despite their promises. The common areas are slow to be fixed. Buzzers. Elevator lights

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

1 block from transport. Could be a few better restaurants. Parking in building. Apartment quiet. Very little noise on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always say it will be taken care of and takes a long time. I must say when things break in apt they fix it promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was very happy with every when I moved in. Could be more restaurants. Dunnes food store just opened and is great

Perfect place for ex-pats in Dublin

The design and facilities are the best you can find in Dublin. The property management staff are friendly and helpful, I've lived in other developments and you can't even compare! The common areas are maintained very well. Landscaping brings a warm and fuzzy feeling when you walk out the door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Having a supermarket in the development is a big bonus. LUAS station is about 2 minutes away. The only downside is there aren't any good parks in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues were fixed within a few hours, very professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Try to visit the development during weekends also. The community is young and vibrant. I don't mind it but some people do, so they need to be aware.

Mediocre Apartments in Concrete Hell

Build cheap and fast and small. No thought was put into making this place a decent place to live. It gets up to 30C on the top floor, and the windows open from the side in such a way, if you have pets, they’ll probably jump to their death if you want to open windows to cool off. There’s no loading dock to facilitate deliveries, or even quick drop offs. There’s not even Ethernet wired in the place, for a complex built in 2020, that mostly caters to tech workers. You have to get WiFi repeaters to get any decent signal. And now, there’s no water. It hasn’t worked for the past four days. And no timeline or communication of when it will be fixed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good: It’s on the Luas Red Line, and it’s a short bike to the Google offices The bad: Never ending construction, no usable north/south public transit, extremely limited shops and restaurants, lack of green spaces

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They just go silent when it got bad enough. They’ve stopped communicating on the water outage, and say it’s just an inconvenience to not have running water.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

In 2021, they were friendly, and the area was still new and it felt like after COVID, a bunch of shops would open and it’d be a great area. Barely any shops opened, there’s still a lot of empty shop space, and management has nosedived off a cliff in terms of everything.

Beautiful apartments - great location, but with a little downside

René (Tenant)

Great apartments, nice facilities and design of the interiors! However the building management is poor service! Given the fact that Greystar stands for luxurious apartments, the service doesn't meet the same standards. Front doors to the building are regularly broken and remain open, hence everybody on the street has access to the building. The community spaces (workspace area, gym) are never clean and the toilets don't have soap nor toilet paper. The response rate of the building management varies between one to three weeks. I could keep going but to summarise - poor service!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No local shops, only a small number of restaurants and bars. Multiple public transport stations, very accesible and convenient. Very quite area as well, almost no traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very low response rate that resulted in an email exchange over multiple month with no significant outcome

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the apartments are great but there's no existing community service that is really responsive. More like DIY

Every tenants' nightmare: Stay away

The design and facilities are nice but the building management is just a pain. First of all the contract is very one-sided and they will try to increase your rent by more than legally allowed. Secondly whenever anything breaks in the apartment, don't hope for the maintenance team to fix it. They will just make things worse, sometimes creating a severe health hazard. We had a water damage in our bedroom and the maintenance team just ignored the tickets we raised for this. After almost three months of water getting into our bedroom and wardrobe the apartment became uninhabitable and we had to move to a different one without any compensation for sleeping in a wet bedroom or having to move apartments. Since the flooding also reached our wardrobe, we had several thousand Euros in damaged clothing and the management refused to help us with the damage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is quite central but there is a lot of construction around the facilities. The construction next to our apartment completely blocked our view and any daylight. There are a few shops but more on the higher priced end of things (Fresh, Centra, Spar). You need to walk about 20 mins for cheaper alternatives. the area in general is quite dead at night but the adjacent Mayson Hotel has a nice pub.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Water damage: They simply refused our claims, then tried to blame us, then tried to blame outside factors and then said we wont be compensated for their negligence. Clogged sink: Maintenance used industrial drain-free instead of checking the pipes as we asked them to. Had to move to a hotel.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I lost many packages through the concierge service and I have friends and colleagues who had lost thousands of Euros since their packages and returns "disappeared" and one colleague had irreparable damage inflicted on her car because the garage was flooded for months.
