Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to shops pubs and restaurants. Resident parking is good but not a lot of visitors parking. Traffic is not an issue

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well but this was hindered by Covid-19 as I moved in just before first lockdown

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is an excellent online residents support group who can usually help with any teething problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of shops- multiple supermarkets within 10 mins drive. New Iceland opening in The Range which is very close on foot to the development, and Tesco/Morrisons c. 15-20 mins depending on where in the development. Town centre also walkable in same timeframe with restaurants and bars. Gym at the Aspire centre in the racecourse and large park also here. Also an additional gym in the retail park nearby. Train station at Tanshelf 10-15 mins walk, although trains quite irregular later in evenings from Leeds. No issues living on street- regular bin collections and little anti-social behaivour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Avant have been responsive to issues however their subcontractors have sometimes failed to attend on requested dates, or failed to correspond with us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How nearby building work would be continuing as this causes some inconvenience. How long before you need to register new addresses with Google maps before they show up. Garden was larger than expected with pre-existing landscaping which looks very nice (i.e. garden path, hedges) and fence design.
