The build standard is second to none, integrated appliances , spacious balconies, automatic motion sensor lights to name a few. Any problems are resolved quickly and the concierge team are great. The pool and sauna are great to relax and the gym close by is great

With the addition of Battersea power station Prince of wales drive is the perfect location. There is no anti social behaviour and the park on the door step is a lovely amenity

Great, timely and efficient. Always get things resolved

It would’ve been good to have an explanation to how the bills work

Very high standard build quality. Everything worked from day one with practically no issues to date. Grounds are always impeccably kept. Common areas of the building are clean and well presented 98% of the time. Property management staff are 5*... Love those guys! My only complaint is with the limited availability for parking and no opportunity to obtain a parking permit from the local council.

Battersea is a brilliant area. Lots of restaurants and shops, and Battersea Park is a hidden gem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very attentive and responsive to the only real issue that I had, which was sorted within a month.

The spotlights aren't easily replaceable.

The development as a whole is really great, the finish inside of the apartments is really nice and nothing has been left out, they have plenty of storage and pretty soundproofed. The building and property management are incredibly helpful and make sure to keep the whole area looking pristine at all times. The pool and sauna area have a real luxury feel to them. My only negative would be that no gym is included (although there is a 'Gym group' gym as part of the development that you can pay for)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is obviously situated right next to Battersea Park which makes it great for people who enjoy exercising outside and dog walking, the area is also improving rapidly in terms of restaurants and bars with the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station a short walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The buildings are set quite close together and facing each other so privacy is not the best.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would love if the gym was included as part of the development or perhaps a discount deal can be achieved for tenants.

Modern and beautifully designed building

The concierges are very nice and friendly. The development is very well built, it is brand new and everything has been perfect so far. The gym and the pool are being built. December this year they will open and this is really soon given the size of the project. Every part of the building looks beautiful and it is very well finished.

Everything is accessible, the trains around just the corner. There are many grocery shops too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Signing up for different bills, all residents have to do it themselves. The management only advises on what providers to use, they wouldn't sign up for you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Personally, I wouldn't change anything. I am very satisfied with all facilities we have access to.

High quality build, modernly designed residential development

It is a very good quality building, it is also well designed, safe and modern. In terms of facilities, the building boasts a concierge, swimming pool, spa, rooftop terrace and security. My flat is high quality built. It was built by Berkeley. They have put a very high quality furniture. Lastly, the insolation of the flat is perfect quality, even though the development is so close to the train station, you can't hear anything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a peaceful area and you can't hear a lot of noise. It is near the park and it is up and coming residential area with many neighbouring properties being under construction at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there would be a delay launching the northern line extension service.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the utilities, our dishwasher is Siemens. The furniture is very nice too, it is all built in and it looks pretty.
