Noisy. No opening windows

A lot of air bnb. The guests ask how to check in. It is not supposed to be a hotel. Not too bad for a couple. Moved closer to the train station, but were moving out within 6 months. They do not tell you about the windows. The small room is really small. The internal ventilation is useless.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its near the business district. But people come for the weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not very well we had to paint and decorste ourselves. The landlord os difficult to get in touch with. There used to be a check in fee which is gone now because its illeagel

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To know if the windows open and if the ventslation is useless. The receptionist is not 24/7

Nothing special apart from the balconies. The ventilation system are the vents only work on the bathroom and kitchen. No ventilation in the bedroom. Nice communal garden. View of the garden. The flats are overheated, but that is nice in winter.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like. New build, evetything is new. No vermin amd clean. Great location. bad. In alot of the flats you cant open windows

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are slow and try to get out of it. They dont live local. So its good for income, not for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really. Its standard for the market. The letting agent tries to get out of work

Used to be great. Now it is not.

Nearly 4 year. Used to be professional, now its not. Big balcony. Now its full of students. Sold as professional. Now its a student block. Students are disrespectful. Taking drugs in the corridor. And I pay 900 a month. The lift has stagnant water below it so it stinks. The receptionist is nice, but not 24/7. There are no windows i can open.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like. Location. Close to work, but far enough that it is quiet. Dislike. The new management and the students.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They were going to let students move in eventually. That is not how it was sold.

What is the best feature of your home:

Close to town. The location is perfect. Not far from work or town.

Great location

Share with flat mate. Big rooms, far from work. Close to all transport. It can get unclean in the common areas and it can get dirty in the corridors with students around. It can take a while to get cleaned. Rubbish bins can get stacked up. The neighbours are a mix, some are nice, but some are noisy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like. The size of the living space. dislike. General maintenance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team cam get slow, but theyre not too bad.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some advice for new comers is to send your mail elsewhere so it doesnt get locked up by the receptionist.

Windows don't open

We were supposed to have a receptionist, but he's never here. He locks the parcels away so we can't get them. Right by the train station. About a 20 minute drive away from work. Meant to have a concierge but not there. Agent hard to reach, never responds.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like. Location and the size of the flat. dislike the windows

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows dont open. The first few flats are big, prett spacious

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Windows wouldmopen and aircon. bathroom too damped because no ventilation at all
