Okay — they respond in a timely manner but could respond sooner and sometimes concerns needed to be followed up.

Insulation is not great, gets too cold.

good amenities, very central location and close to shops and bars and restaurant - however, surrounding areas a little dull, redevelopment is due in the surrounding area across the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Landlord is fine, management is fine, lettings agent is poor

The location of the building is great, its close by to many different restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to Arndale shopping center.

I wish I would have known more about the facilities in the building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The apartment is very spacious and designed in a modern style.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links, lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. nearby. Can be noisy at night due to train, road and general city noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast and informational responses to any issues raised, good service

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would have been good to see the property in person, but Corona virus took this out of our hands

Very good location, near F&B outlets

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they are pretty responsive to my messages, have offered fixes and solutions to my problems

Reception are really friendly so it's good to approach them for any issues
