Beautiful & Quiet Block.

Good: Location, location, location Good Design Greenery Gym Parking Concierge Bad: Heating is switched off in summer. Sink blockage issues. Still not share of freehold. Would be nice to join a resident group if there is one. Is there anyway to found out how?

Yes but one problem is repeating itself which is not ideal.

That communal heating will be switched off in summer.

We love Oakhill Park.

We love Oakhill Park. What we love is the space the flat gives us, outside space as well as concierge and a gym. There have been some teething issues but these seem to be worked through and the neighbours have formed a good network and people speak to each other so issues get sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Find out about resident groups early on because if you have an issue you will quickly find out someone else has already had to deal with it!
