Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location in the heart of Leeds City centre. Everything is reachable within 10-5 min walk. Great transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most maintenance issues are responded to within 1 week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Better bin disposal area. This is not very clearly marked so it can be difficult to divide waste appropriately.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very good location. Bus stop right in front. Big mall nearby and convenience store and little park close by too. But still away from main headrow road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have not been the best. I reported that a light in the hall was out and they ticked my request as “done” when they had not done anything about it. When i sent a complaint and request, they just removed the whole light fixture without any further updates and it has been like that for months now
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
For how much rent the landlord is charging, i feel ripped off but it’s a good location. Not staying here next year

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Right in the city centre close to work and all the shops. Parking is horrible though and really hard to drive in the city centre. There are parking spaces available to rent but really expensive and you have to park near the bins lots of rats and really disgusting. The landlord (YPP) don’t respond to any concerns once you’ve signed the contract including they refuse to give metre readings and never respond
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They never respond. And they don’t ever take matters seriously at all
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how horrible the parking space would be for the price and that YPP are horrible landlords

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area itself is dead in the middle of city centre so it is a nice and easy place to live, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also just around the corner from the train and bus station in Leeds city centre. Although we are unhappy with the absolute poor management from YPP during Covid-19 and them having no regard for the health and wellbeing of their residents unless they're getting paid.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They commonly came to fix things that would break again soon after we raised the issue with YPP's maintenance. Not to mention things were already broken before we moved in, and had we known we'd be treated so poorly later on we would've have been more bothered about it in the moment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had been less understanding with all the things broken in our flat when we moved in, cause they are the least understanding people I've ever had to deal with.
