Storage is limited and the drive seem smaller than expected

Great development

I think that the house should have garden shed as I am aware that generally most new developments are provided with a garden shed. In the kitchen there is no space to put a large rubbish bin ( Maybe this could be integrated) Concerned about the driveway and pedestrian roads (but it seems they are still working on them)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bins are currently on strike. Unable to order a bin for household waste and recycling. The house does not come with a garden shed. Generally seems quiet and good location for shopping and schools

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It doesn’t have a garden shed and I am worried about the houses being built at the back of me and how close they are joining gardens ect

What is the best feature of your home:

Large hall way and landing area. Kitchen integrated appliances

Lovely development. Houses look fresh and modern and the inclusion of the LEAP area is a massive plus. The public grass areas and roads are kept clean and tidy and are really well maintained. Site team are also available to grab should you need them to quickly take a look at something.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to local train station with excellent links into city centre. We also have plenty of options with regards to local supermarkets and take away options.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend getting all snagging issues completed before doing any surveys.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen is beautiful and is one key reason as to why we took this property.

Overall is good but still has a big space to improve

Design; 1) On Lea, too close on the front door which is not good 2) I have front garden with side driveway but my neighbor to have front driveway only. Thus, they misunderstand my pavement as public. Which is not good 3) Garden is too close to the tenant house so that our privacy is challenged. 4) House to house space are not enough. Facilities; 1) only one public garden near the entrance which is no good. 2) didn't see any other facilities in the department Building management 1) good as they are on-time on the completion date. 2) any house defects that they will follow up and fix . Even we need to ask & Push over few weeks Property management 1) Customer service department is doing well as they explained our needs to site Manager. 2) helpful to review our reported defects and make related action for fix it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

GOOD: 1)Convenice to buy daily stuffs as the location ia close to Town Center or even Wednesbury. 2) short driving distance to Birmingham city (only 25mins drive) 3) set up in a separated area in which the security seems better. Bad: 1) Lack of big country park nearby 2) number of house density is too high 3) public leisure space in this department is limited.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good kitchen design on those 3 bedroom from size of Lea or bigger.

What is the best feature of your home:

Sky windows which is the eye drawing design for me to buy this house

Good location and great design

Millfields being developed by Countryside with their unique design of sky windows has made it looks great in general. The development is still in progress and I think it might be completed by end of next year. The building management has been following up our outstanding fixing issues, and we hope that those would be resolved soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Millfields is located in a very good built up area, where transportation and local shops are in foot steps distance. We can also drive to the nearby retail parks especially IKEA and B&Q where we can get our supplies for the new home. The sky windows design is excellent that makes the dining room looks bright and spacious. However, due to recent strike of the bin collection, we have to bear the situation of recycling bin not being collected for over 2 weeks and more. Also, Google map doesn’t update the postcode and location of Millfields, Amazon’s courier could not reach our address correctly with repeated mis-delivery.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The two main doors of the semi detached house are too close to each other, making the boundary of the two houses too vague to be identified.

What is the best feature of your home:

Three sky windows and large French Doors making the dining room look bright and spacious.
