Design is very good, the houses have significant curb appeal and the arrangement of different house styles gives a good balance to the estate’s aesthetic. Building management is good, the site manager is incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Lack of tarmac on some roads is frustrating.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range of shops is very good, with 2 large supermarkets within half a mile and further amenities in the town. Transport links are excellent, 15 min walk to train station and 10 min drive to motorway.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- Price of add on fees such as £100 non delivery - Council tax confusion as a band is decided

The design is intelligent and makes use of space well.

I love the design of my house and facilities are great. My snags and issues were dealt with in a timely manner and were resolved. I know other residents have not been so fortunate. Management has changed on a regular basis.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are local shops within walking distance and restaurants/bars. There are open spaces on the estate and nearby, including a park. There is a regular bus route at the end of my road. I have 2 off-road parking spaces and visitors haven’t had a problem parking. Bin collections have been consistently taken. There has been low level antisocial behaviour from youths but the police were informed by a Neighbour. Traffic and railway noise is minimal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there would not even be temporary fencing up or turf laid in the back garden. Subsequent buyers got this as part of their purchase deal. Also outside lights not provided.

What is the best feature of your home:

It is modern, bright and ideal layout and garden. It looks stylish from the front and back.

We absolutely love our home from the design, layout to the build quality. We had a few minor snags which were all dealt with. The estate looks lovely too with the different style houses. We are really happy we choose Rowland Homes for our home

Good location close to amenities, shops and transport links. No traffic noise, quiet estate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just to ask lots of questions on the demo day and make sure you contact the relevant people to set up the the council tax etc straight away or ahead of time for the bins etc

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the kitchen/diner/utility layout and space

Quite a few problems weren’t resolved after raising them multiple times. Had to really dig my heels in otherwise your left to sort it yourself. Overall not had any major problems as of yet but I will be considering getting a third party snagger in to do further inspections.

Very convenient for local shops bars and restaurants

Carpets aren’t included as standard. I was advised they where but then it change.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the open plan in the Victoria it’s flows quite nicely.

The houses are well designed but not a lot of storage space. I can't comment on the property management as I've only been here 8 months and they do not need to work on my street. The builders are a bit slow on the snags, but that's normal. I think a lot of the delay is the contractors

My street is good for parking. I have no problems. There are children but they are very good and polite. We have hardly any traffic or train noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice touch with the heating system. A few things are "extras" which I think should be standard.

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the small details like chrome sockets and towel warmers in the bathroom and ensuite.
