Good location however very busy and lots of traffic. Good access to shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very attentive and would like to help and resolve issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not appreciate the volume of traffic especially during rush hours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great facilities, look and feel of the place. However very close to a not so nice part of this town and not much to do within the very local area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. Issues resolved quickly and efficiently with good communication verbally and written

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How often trains run from kew bridge. Can frequently have trains not running at all and often can be every 30 minutes into london

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very Quiet and they’re are some good transport links. I dislike that there are not many big supermarkets around and the nightlife isn’t great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking, some flats have their own parking and some don’t.

What is the best feature of your home:

Bathrooms are very nice, there’s a lot of storage spaces in the bathroom

I like that the area is quiet and there's a lot of green spaces.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was well informed when I moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

My balcony is my favourite because the view is beautiful.

There’s not a lot of restaurants nearby or supermarkets, you’d need a car or to take transport to get there which isn’t ideal when doing large amounts of shopping.

Nothing, was well informed of everything before I had moved in

What is the best feature of your home:

The Toilets are really nice and spacious. Very good considering it’s a 3 bed property.
