The flat is nice and everything is great. Everything is well maintained and the furniture is nice. It all works and the flat is quiet. I have not had an issue since moving in and i love living he. I have no complaints.

The road is noisy but the complex and the location is great it is so central. Close go public transport.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

People walking past can be slightly loud. This flat is great though but there is no recycling.

That there is no recycling in the complex so i can't recyce in the flat.

It has bed bugs so is not very clean. The management were slow to react. They were not very helpful. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The facilities are easy to use.

It is okay but it can be noise

That the beds are not clean.

The kitchen is spot on which is my favourite thing.

I love the size of the rooms and they are well maintained and everything works. I like the design of the apartment. It is warm because I am 4th floor and got a nice view of the cathedral and the bombed out church.

The location is very convenient but the noise is too loud at 4am with drunk people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been good but wasnt issues the permit for parking vut were repsonsive and are personable.

I like the living room which is big and connected to the kitchen. I like the balcony. However there is no special facilities and there is no concierge. People can take your parcels as they are left in an unmonitored lobby. However, it is clean and i feel safe. There is a building manager.

Duke street is very close to everywhere but can get loud on the weekend.

That the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbours say and do. There are serviced apartments all around you. They are also poorely designed and too close to each other.

The management is really good and take care of you well i also think that the apartment is really clean because it is cleaned so regularly. It is such a nice design. However, the washing doesn't work.

I like everything about liverpool, the bars and restaurants and that it is close to the city centre.

The rooms are bigger than I expected them to be.

What is the best feature of your home:

I think the view is the best thing about the apartment.
