Not the best place

Danny Doe (Tenant)

Oct 2022

building management is non existent same goes for any property management and the company has very bad reputation. I wouldn’t be interested in ever purchasing or renting here again as it’s just not worth the risk of loosing all your money in future .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Impressive on the outside however really mad on the inside. The apartment is very low quality, freezing or too hot, lifts never work, it’s very dirty, it’s full of young kids with questionable work overall would avoid unless you’re a student

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really badly we never got any response from management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The issues surrounding the temperature, noise, untidy/ dirty building, lifts, dogs everywhere

Not good at all

Kristy B (Tenant)

Sept 2022

It is unbearably hot in the summer and impossible to spend time at home. The problems with lifts, and general maintenance issues are piling up and no one is there to fix them. 3sixty terrible food and staff. Overall big mistake living here and I can’t imagine how hard it if for people who actually purchased developments

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in a convenient location however very loud. Close to some nice bars and restaurants and city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management hasn’t responded to any complaints in regards to ongoing maintenance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think I species a lot more like promised however it’s all smoke and mirrors

Dirty, disgusting full of students who treat it like a dorm

Steve (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Jul 2022

Advertised as “high end luxury living”, it is nothing more than high end student accommodation, reality is it’s full of messy, loud and at times dirty and disgusting university students who have no respect for people

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Due to managements negligence to listen to feedback or implement better living conditions is gross

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management here, one collection group are an absolute joke. And are a disgustingly incompetent company to deal with. It Doesn’t matter how many complaints you make or raise problems, ie broken lifts, spilt food everywhere, dogs urine on the walls. There is no backlash for them not delivering on improvements or promises to elevate standards. If you have the smallest issue it takes weeks and weeks to resolve. ( eight months to repair a lift and still on going ) no painting in the halls could apparently be done until 2023 as there was no budget etc ) . It’s constantly one issue after another. It really is shocking living conditions for the price of nearly £2000 per month ( and upwards ) The emails I have received from the managing director are at times nothing short of embarrassing. The most unprofessional, rude responses to complaints/ issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To many students. Building is dirty stinks of weed

Modern place to live in the centre of town

M25 (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Jul 2022

The development is really new and the design is modern, including the furniture. It is lacking facilities as there is only a residents lounge, a really small and not well-kept courtyard at the back and a restaurant / bar at the rooftop. It would have been nice if there was a small gym and a larger / greener / better maintained open space at the front or back. Lack of parking availability is a downside, it would have been better if there were parking spaces for tenants. The building and property management is good, any maintenance issues we had were quickly resolved and all the members of staff are friendly. It is sometimes hard to get an answer to your question however.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range and quality of shops, restaurants and bars. Close to the China town and the city centre where all the buzz is. Close to a small green open space and walking distance to a larger park. Close to the central station where local and national trains run regularly. No traffic noise, some anti-social behaviour observed at night in the streets, not by tenants however. Very limited parking availability, not specifically available for tenants either. Bins in the building are sometimes full due.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response to maintenance issues, friendly members of staff.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were very frequent lift breakdowns for a number of months which was a real pain for the people in the higher floors - not ideal for a building with flats in 25 floors.

Good but room for improvement

E (Tenant)

Jun 2022

The apartments are modern and minimalistic. The kitchen and bathroom is high quality. The building itself is pretty basic. There is a lack of facilities, with just a seating area and bar which doesn’t get much use from residents. It would be nice if there was a gym for residents. Building management and property management is OK but could be improved. There is not always someone in the front desk to collect parcels from and often one of the lifts is out of service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to the centre so lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. A couple of open spaces. Very good transport links. The street has limited parking and there is sometimes traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Didn’t get a response when raised an issue on the residents app. Email is unreliable. Usually quick to respond over the phone or speak in person.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You don’t get all of the perks, such as room service, like it’s advertised.
