Not the best place

Hadrian's Tower, NE4

building management is non existent same goes for any property management and the company has very bad reputation. I wouldn’t be interested in ever purchasing or renting here again as it’s just not worth the risk of loosing all your money in future .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Impressive on the outside however really mad on the inside. The apartment is very low quality, freezing or too hot, lifts never work, it’s very dirty, it’s full of young kids with questionable work overall would avoid unless you’re a student

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really badly we never got any response from management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The issues surrounding the temperature, noise, untidy/ dirty building, lifts, dogs everywhere

Not good at all

Kristy B (Tenant)

Hadrian's Tower, NE4

Sept 2022

It is unbearably hot in the summer and impossible to spend time at home. The problems with lifts, and general maintenance issues are piling up and no one is there to fix them. 3sixty terrible food and staff. Overall big mistake living here and I can’t imagine how hard it if for people who actually purchased developments

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in a convenient location however very loud. Close to some nice bars and restaurants and city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management hasn’t responded to any complaints in regards to ongoing maintenance issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think I species a lot more like promised however it’s all smoke and mirrors

Overall, great location with accessible shops and public transport. However some facilities have been left out i.e the underground facilities like the parking and bin facilities

Great service with concierge Waste facilities should also have recycling. Some areas of the building i.e otw to the underground parking has been left out, still have debris from construction work The underground parking is abit tight for bigger cars.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, 20mins walk away from the city Great amenities around i.e local shops Good value for money rent wise Traffic noise is abit loud and due to construction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My landlord has been very responsive and try to resolve any issues as quick as possible

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The construction that’s still ongoing next door and the amount of traffic

Dirty, disgusting full of students who treat it like a dorm

Advertised as “high end luxury living”, it is nothing more than high end student accommodation, reality is it’s full of messy, loud and at times dirty and disgusting university students who have no respect for people

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Due to managements negligence to listen to feedback or implement better living conditions is gross

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management here, one collection group are an absolute joke. And are a disgustingly incompetent company to deal with. It Doesn’t matter how many complaints you make or raise problems, ie broken lifts, spilt food everywhere, dogs urine on the walls. There is no backlash for them not delivering on improvements or promises to elevate standards. If you have the smallest issue it takes weeks and weeks to resolve. ( eight months to repair a lift and still on going ) no painting in the halls could apparently be done until 2023 as there was no budget etc ) . It’s constantly one issue after another. It really is shocking living conditions for the price of nearly £2000 per month ( and upwards ) The emails I have received from the managing director are at times nothing short of embarrassing. The most unprofessional, rude responses to complaints/ issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To many students. Building is dirty stinks of weed

Middlewood Plaza, M5

Great work from the property management team. A friendly face at the reception, decorations during specific holidays and lots of sweets & chocolate for the kids. There's a lounge but it hasn't been set up yet. The monitor camera in the apartment makes it easy to grant family and friends access. Lots of storage space in the apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Middlewood Plaza's location is great. It's a 6min walk to the retail park that houses Sainsbury, poundland, TK Maxx etc. A number of bus services available at various bus stops just 1 - 8 mins walk away. There's available parking but pretty expensive(£150 a month). While the building is on liverpool street, traffic noise isn't too bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were responsive. Had some teething issues which were promptly sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's an event place across the street. On some nights, during the weekends, they play loud music.
