Good place to live!

Building facilities are good, gym and parking are included which makes life easier! Management are attentive and friendly and are on hand 24/7 for any queries. The buildings are on a main road but set back far enough to avoid any noise from the road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lived here for a number of years, good public transport connections. Parking is provided and is a useful benefit!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management respond very promptly and are incredibly helpful!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Land next to the properly has been left desolate for a long time, additional info on what is happening would be good!

The flat design is pretty standard for a new build, but is great nonetheless. It's clean, and the windows are floor to ceiling to a lot of light will come through. If you have any issues with your flat, the maintenance team are quick and responsive. The only downside I have experienced is that the general hallways and outside of the building isn't kept to the same standard. A new paint job every so often to remove scuffs and deep scrapes in the wall would be good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have resided at Fellows Sqaure for almost 5 years which says something! The flats are spacious and homely and despite being near a train track and main road, is pretty quiet. You're only a bus away from 2 tube stations, a short walk away from the Thames link and in Autumn 2023 a shorter walk due to the new Brent Cross Thames link opening. Some neighbours can be frustrating, such as not disposing of refuse correctly or being louder than standard, however the management team respond to this quickly and has never caused inconvenience to my day to day life. Despite that, everyone is friendly and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have been quick to respond and deliver any solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

General news of the area. There is an abandoned building site which keeps changing dkrection of what it will be turned into.

It is a good place to live

Great facilities but lack maintenance. Green spaces don't get maintenance, cctv does not work very often. There is no security that you can rely on if anything happens. The problem with children and teenagers playing football is huge. It becomes like a football field on some days and as a parent of a small baby I am scared to take her outside on these days. We live on the ground floor and if my door or window is open the ball gets kicked inside my flat all the time. It is not safe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good place to live with some downfalls. Good location. It is an evolving area so potentially it will become even better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised many issues but the ones I did have been responded within a reasonable manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no privacy here. Children run wild and kick ball as it is a football field. It gets dangerous

A great place to live

Management will respond with speed if any issues or complaints and made which is always great. Concierge is, for the most part, very helpful. On some occasions, new staff will be at Concierge and refuse to hand over parcels which is frustrating. Another aspect is the care of the property. Littering is an issue from some residents and also the wind blowing it into the square. Also, property damage, such as bricks broken at the front is sad.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fellows Sqaure is situated 10-15 minutes away from Kilburn and Willesden Green Station which is convenient. Though on a main road, you can not hear the noise from the traffic from your home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. This will include anti social behaviour and property upkeep.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is run on 100% electric and heating a 'shared unit' where you top up. This is rather expensive.

Great place to live

Very modern design with winter balconies allowing for that private outdoor space! Really secure with a concierge service 24/7 and a 24/7 access to the gym facilities! Also has underground car park and bicycle storage facilities. High end appliances used throughout the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shopping options nearby with Wembley and Brent Cross within 15 mins by bus, as well as Gladstone park within walking distance which provides tennis courts and parks! Also very close by is the new Brent town development which is sure to provide residents with great experiences

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded within 2-3 working days and provided call outs to check up on issues we had, also provided regular check ups on things like the boiler

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of families that live in the development, there are a lot of kids constantly playing which can at times create high volume of noise and disturbance
