Perfect for a first time buyer as the apartment is complete and ready to move in.

The apartment as well as the building have been designed with high ceilings and spacious rooms. They feel light and comfortable. All necessary appliances are included and with two year guarantee. The balcony is such a wonderful touch to the apartment and is pretty spacious and drained in sunlight on the sunny days.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

development is seven minutes walk from the station and it has a concierge and two private gardens.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Like anything else there’s always something that’s ongoing but registered and dealt with in a polite manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That by a share to buy a property was a good investment and I would’ve done it years ago.

I like the way the property is build, the play area for kids is amazing. Cleaning team regularly cleans the area and keep it clean and tidy, even got my windows cleaned. Concierge team is super helpful @filip with his amazing smile always ready to help whenever possible and also @amit provides information about the building and updates

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Southall is a fantastic mix of Indian culture and modern living. You've got everything you need within walking distance, from local shops to the Elizabeth line. Vin collection is managed very properly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately, the after-sales service has not met our expectations. We discovered several issues on the day we moved in and promptly reported them to the after-sales team. Despite these reports, the problems remain unresolved.

What is the best feature of your home:

Wake up to stunning views from your private balcony. The apartment's modern interior, complete with elegant glass doors, offers a sense of security and style.

Wonderful life at Samuelson House

When we first moved into the development it was a bit of a mess. But now with the new building management they have been nothing but great with residents and dealing with unwanted issues. Implementing new ideas and suggestions. The building itself starting with the car park, the floor should have been better laid, it’s left in concrete form, shows cracks dust and dirt. There is no visitor parking, I understand this is a green development but we have people visiting you can’t expect every guest to be green. No bays for delivery no bays for doctors and builders. The centre court yard, it has a play area but it’s not fit to play in, it has dangerous corners and because of the building even the siightess noise is an echo causing residents to complain. Then you have the roof top, half of which is taken up by solar panels, why? Not sure, why not have used that area for kids to play, and have the solar panels somewhere at the top.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are great, parking is bad, there is no visitor parking. Traffic noise is bad, this Charles House on Bridge Road attracts a lot of people, cars and rubbish around the area, the constant gridlock and air pollution isn’t great. There is no range of shops, supermarkets and it’s very frustrating to see other new areas with a built in Tesco and Sainsburys except for Southall. Why isn’t there no convient store ? Why is there no additional bins on the streets for the extra people living here. What’s is the council doing to reduce traffic? Why is there no one way system to stop excessive short cuts and traffic. Bridge road and Charles House attracts a lot of unwanted behaviour stealing, cars, people who are spitting throwing food containers. This place needs to go.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating system, the neighbours social housing tenants which most of them cause a lot of problems as they are not home owners and are making noise, throwing rubbish out the windows and not caring, had I known that I wouldn’t have moved here.

What is the best feature of your home:

Hallway, massive and spacious and the nice laminated flooring.

Good building and location - non existent support from Network Homes

I am happy with the aesthetics of my flat. There are a couple of repair issues (weak flush, bathroom locks that don't work etc) that I raised about a month after I moved in. No surprise Network Homes ignored my requests for these to be fixed as soon as I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live 5 minutes away from an Elizabeth line station (Southall) so transport links are great. There are plenty local shops and restaurants although they lack in diversity.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the developer (Network Homes) would provide zero aftercare.

What is the best feature of your home:

The size of the kitchen and the quality of appliances.

Exceptional Development: Thoughtful Design and Outstanding Facilities

The development is exceptionally well-crafted, with a keen focus on meeting the needs of its residents. The design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, which enhances the overall living experience. The facilities provided are top-notch and add great value to the community. I'm thoroughly impressed with this development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I appreciate the proximity to the railway station, making commuting easy. The airport is conveniently located near the Elizabeth line. Shopping is just a 10-minute drive away, and there's a nearby bus stop for added convenience. The school is also within close reach, which is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

From the very beginning, I've encountered several issues. My heating system hasn't been functioning properly, and the air conditioning isn't performing as expected. Additionally, three sockets in my property are non-functional. I reported these problems via email, but unfortunately, none of them have been resolved yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew that the after service was not that good, have emailed them from day one but still not resolved

What is the best feature of your home:

The security system and the concierge Makes me feel secured and safe
