IT is good development with many modern amenities it is nice to have a place in this lovely society. There are some issues because of mis management of managing company but that can be fixed. There are some good and bad things but if we compare good with bad good wins

Area is noce. Very close to a Tube station and local market. We have Aldi and Waitrose in walking distance

Communal boiler is one of the thing to be known along with automatic doors

Flat is big and nice facilities like underfloor heating and airwent system. Property is managed by origin which is a shame because they are really struggling to manage it and making it bad or deterioration of Property. But good things are like automatic doors. Only drawback is cctv which is not accessible remotely

It is a nice area with shops and local market around and supermarkets like waitress and aldi in walking distance range also south Harrow Station is very close which makes this development nice place

No window in the kitchen which is not good but it has extractor fan

What is the best feature of your home:

U shaped kitchen and underfloor heating along with big carpet area

design of the flat is good with airvent etc. underfloor heating is also good. Parking is a big issue. There are around 120 flats and just around 40 parking. 3 flats with 1 parking. security doors are broken many times and taking time to get fixed increasing the security risk. any complaints raised on phone is not getting recorded we need to send them a email to create a proof

This development is one of the best looking ones in the area thanks to the clean brick exterior, straight lines, etc. Depending on where your flat is, you have seperate entrances and lifts. this is great because it means not everyone living there is using a single pathway, which would lead to faster degredation. the building is always cleaned regularly from the inside and never had a problems with the bins not being taken out.

There are great amenities near by including several supermarkets, public transport links and parks. Living on the high street means you can have ready access to all of these things and this makes life super-convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Whenever I have raised an issue (has been 3 times in 2 years), I've had an immediate response/attention.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i had considered a 2 bed property as i have seen one and was surprised by how spacious it looked.

The building material are very cheap and this property was made with very low cost materials and caused the property to have a lot of problem.the running of this property is very high cost and not worth the cost of rent or selling price there is no cupboard space for storage and the main entrance door is always not working properly the intercom system do not work properly and there is not clear instructions on how to operate water systems alway breakdown for the pass 2 years but cost a lot of money to run.

The garden area is nice but can't be access without using the stairs I have a child with knee problems and I am not able to access the garden with my child. I think it was a bad development decision to not have parking for tenant who does not purchase their homes but allocate property to families on the locate who cannot purchase their homes due to the type of tenancy agreement they are given. This is very unfair and causes a lot of problem for car owner.we are not able to obtain a permit for the local authority.
