Great quiet location

Parking is nice and very convenient very spacious and modern apartments. Area really quiet. Comfortable to live. Very safe because of the gates so no issues security wise. Maintenance is great and relatively quick. Beautiful pond.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet, close to the city centre, beautiful river nearby. Shops are a bit far but there is a gyn nearby and some lovely pub.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No information was lacking so I felt pretty informed about moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Very nice view of the merseyside. Neighbors are really nice and social, great community.
