Still being built but seems fine so far, roads are quite narrow and yet to be finished but all good. Plenty of open space and not had any issues with the developer or excessive building noise etc. Only issue since moving in was not being able to leave for a day when the road was being laid.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cut through to local estate right by the house and coop only 5 minutes away. 5 minutes from the motorway but far enough you can't hear it. Good bus links to airport and Loughborough

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they've been out to sort any issues that we've raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, has been great so far so can't complaon
