Design of the development is very good. Good access to garden and building and property management has been second to none. Whenever there has been a problem, David Wilson have rectified any errors immediately.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very good. 15 min walk to town which is close enough but not too far away. There maybe could be a shop nearer by but it is quiet, transport links are good and traffic is minimal

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there is nothing i wish i had known before moving in

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of our home is the location in relation to the town centre as well as how close it is to Great Bowden, a lovely village just 15 mins walk away

The layout of our property is really good, nice an spacious. But the build quality is awful, had the after sales maintenance team out more times than I care to remember. Been here coming upto nearly a year now an things just keep needing to be replaced. The garden team really need a sorting out, my garden is up an down like an egg box.

Development is in a really good location, the main town is only a 10 minute walk away. On an evening the development is really quite, can literally hear a pin drop…perfect!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we would of sent round an independent builder to get their take on the property before purchasing ourselves. Everything looks good at first glance but you soon realise everything is just bodged.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the location, short walk into town but far enough away to be quiet an peaceful on a evening.

The development is lovely, next to a farm and surrounded by fields so very rural, the design of the houses is very nice. The property management was great when we first moved in however once handed over to another member of staff it became a slow and difficult process to contact them to sort out any problems we had. We've had some draining issues in the garden which has been sorted however the lawn is still saturated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Short walk to market Harborough centre which is full of shops and restaurants. Parking on every property enough for 2 cars

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the bathrooms would have no windows and that the garden would become saturated when it rained.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the house is excellent and the home is bright and airy.

I think the area the buildings are all excellent a few lil down falls with my bathroom due to personal issues but all in all i love the property. The garden is just perfect and i love the design of building

I have lived marketharborough all my life so happy with where i am close to the town and lots shops restaurants around.. we have a group chat on WhatsApp for our estate and everyone is so helpful and happy to help one another out..

That i didnt have a bath but im getting one installed through occupational therapy
