Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient for shops, super market and park. Waitrose, Sainsbury, Southside and St George's park are all within 5 mins walk. Also a good amount of restaurants, gyms, the high street etc within 5 mins walk. Transport links are very good for buses, East Putney tube however is approx 15-20mins walk, with Wandsworth Town station being closer approx 10mins walk. Buckhold is a fairly quiet road, no issues for an inner London Borough. Parking may be expensive but we have a right to park space within the development. Refuse collection is satisfactory and located on the ground floor of the development, unfortunately you have to take by hand as the Building doesn't have a refuse shoot. The area is generally pleasant have not personally witnessed any antisocial behaviour

Can't think of anything... We did our due diligence pretty well.

What is the best feature of your home:

Convenient location and only 79 flats so very personable

Quite noisy with the construction at the entrance of the park and car noise from buckhold road. Good selection of shops&restaurants. Far away from the tube, not great transport links. Parking is a problem if the landlord didnt buy a parking space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Difficult to get a response, no sense of urgency, complete mess up when it comes to arranging appointments.

I wish i had known that the level of quality in this building is very low behind its fancy look.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plus points- lots of shops around to be buy groceries and other necessities. Good amount of eating places but can do better. Overall good location with everything being nearby even the transport is not bad. Minus points- no greenery lots of apartment building but no life around. Street cube in front of Southside Shopping Centre needs a makeover. The NCP parking looks outdated. No real charm in the heart of Wandsworth.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and no! Some work has been done but lots more work to be completed. Communication very poor. They don’t act fast takes months to do a single work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the flat wasn’t fully completed before moving in. There were lots of issues with the flat which took quite a time to finish with our busy schedule.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a really good quality of local shops around. I love that sainsbury and Waitrose is just around the corner. The accessibility to Southside mall is also great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s been quite slow. Some issues were resolved in a timely manner, some aren’t.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The balcony tiling was uneven, some of the finishing for the bathroom wasn’t done very well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Negatives: alcoholics near the river on the high street frequently urinating in the street and drinking heavily. Speeding down Buckhold Road is rife. South side shopping centre needs some investment. Positives: good amenities/convenience shops nearby. King George park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Relatively slow responses on some things and attempted to rectify in the least expensive way.

The building can get relatively warm for south facing flats. Loitering and litter in the local area is an issue.
