The team are very friendly and helpful, Adam in particular has been very welcoming and has made the move easy. The location is brilliant as are the views from our unit. Couldn’t be happier

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and with speed. We’ve not had many problems to report

That there isn’t a microwave or many plug sockets in bedrooms.

Convenient location to explore Birmingham city center. Peaceful and cozy living place.There are parking lots available for rent nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response, friendly, and always willing to help.

Shower water pressure is a little weak, and the electric radiator is not ideal.

Great location, close walking distance to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In quick, professional manner, always with a smile

I wish I had known about this place sooner, I would recommend my colleagues to rent also in this building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is walking distance, ie local shops , train station and Ofcourse the bullring shopping centre. Friday nights and Saturday nights the streets can be very busy due to people going out and we close to the town centre. Overall a very good location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing so far , everything been running smoothly and any questions or queries I have asked it’s been answered

Nothing , David was very thorough when showing me around and answered all my questions
