Great locality to shops and services. Convenient public transport into central London. Clean area and felt safe at all times within the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely and politely. They were good at communicating when and how things were dealt with.

I wish I knew how many pop up stores and events take place as this was a bonus.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the proximity to Boxpark, the outlet, grocery stores - you never really have to leave the area for anything. It’s super safe as there’s always security patrolling and police due to game days. Parking is very expensive but it’s not the most accessible by car anyway and the transport links are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, I submitted requests but they were never responded to

Nothing, Quintain was super transparent about everything and answered all queries quickly and with a lot of detail

Excellent choice in Wembley in terms of everything , as it bear by bus station and Wembley park station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great response in the same day and always give you the choice to schedule the maintenance.

The inventory list should be provided from the first day and map for the nearby locations.

Very easy access to a mall to go for clothes shopping. So many restaurant options within proximity in Boxpark, the mall and more broadly in Wembley area. Great dog parks are available for residents. The street can get a bit noisy, especially on event days but we were expecting this. Access to public transport is also very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we have raised an urgent issue (leak in the kitchen), building management has been very quick to respond and intervene. However, other issues which we have raised have never received an answer.

The Quintain app which allows to get in touch with other tenants is a great addition to the community, it allows to meet people more easily, swap or sell things to other tenants and overall a nice tool to raise any question/issue to management.

Positives: - Modern design and great community - Secure parking available - Security provided on event days

Sometimes quick but mostly delayed. Often takes a few weeks to resolve issues.
