The overall quality of the restaurants on the food delivery list is good. Being only a 7-minute drive from Atherton station is an advantage. However, bin collection does not always follow the schedule. The only point of frustration is that some people living in the development tend to park their cars on the roadside rather than in their parking spaces, even within T-junction areas.

Virtual tour for all sizes of the houses would be great.

What is the best feature of your home:

The high ceilings and big windows are the most attractive features that persuaded me to buy this property. The high energy efficiency rating is also significant.

Less than 10 minutes drive to the town centre, bus interchange and railway. Also close to a bus route. Parking is available for each home although most residents still tend to park on the street which is not so great.

It’s your home, take time to decorate it to your taste. You’ll love living in it.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen and lootility. There’s a good number of cabinets in the kitchen which allows you to free up countertop space.

Wide range of fast food restaurants and excellent transport links to town, close to M61 access to country side.

The fact that the development is completing so fast and could have provided me better view options.

The High ceilings, large windows, and unique layout.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love the living environment especially the tranquility. There are sufficient parking spaces for each household and parking on the street is rare.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be preferable if the rented house is accommodated with a dishwasher.

What is the best feature of your home:

The closet is fitted with a big window and there is sunshine coming though on sunny days.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a bus stop at the turn into the street with direct buses to the university, bus interchange and train station. Home comes with its own driveway that fits at least 2 cars which is very convenient. Adequate space for bin storage and the council collects the bins regularly. No noted antisocial behaviour. While indoors I don’t hear any traffic sounds and barely any traffic sounds while standing outside my home.

I only wish I had known how expensive it will be to decorate a place I love.

What is the best feature of your home:

There’s so many but my favourite is the lootility which is a combined downstairs loo and utility room. I also love the high ceilings and large windows downstairs.
