The apartment is well-designed. The design is great with enough of natural light. We've been provided with secure parking, there is decent sized communal and play area. The apartment and most of them have a balcony . The communal area is cleaned at per scheduled.

The Development is optimally location with ease access to parks, schools, public transportation and yet in a not too busy place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Customer care and the service team is available to discuss any issues and we've got resolution to any complaints we reported. All done in good time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the complex was more secured to avoid the intrusion of outsiders if possible.

The Development is designed keeping all the needs of a modern family with new fixtures and fittings, suffficient insulation which provides a lot of warmth to the apartment, parking for all residents who need it, common access areas, large glass windows that provides a sense of openness.

The Development is situated in an optimal location with easy access to the tube and railways lines, the high street is within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been proper mechanisms for putting across any grievances or complaints. most cases, its been addressed satisfactorily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking for visitors sometimes can be difficult but we manage through open public parking spaces.

Great location, rubbish property management

It is disappointing, as been in the property since newly built. The lift breaksdown every so often, at one time it was 8 weeks not working. There was a leak that caused water damage, which took 6 months to repair. The gate for the car park is also being damaged by vandalism which now is approaching 5 weeks and not even being repair. I understand cost but time delay in getting thing fixed is somewhat longer than the expectation. Previously we have reported things daily and every day would be a different story from here customer service team. However, they have brought in new management of the property, which seem engaging but the prove is in the pudding. TBH, I have technically given up as I have little faith in A2Dominion.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's close to the rail and underground stations, plus very handy having a bus station nearby to get to local areas. Shops are a short walk but the town of Hounslow is under redevelopment, which hopefully attract new shops

See above in my earlier response detailing the problems that we are currently experiencing frequently

The quality of the property management on getting things down.

A beautiful home with easy access

The building has a terrace on the 6th floor with nice views. There are two safety doors which provide access through only the hob key. There is also a camera telecom which shows you who is at the door of the building. The building has two lifts though one never seems to work and the property mangement personnel is always changing. The doors of the garage do not work with the property msngement team take forever to fix them. We also had issues with homeless people accessing the bin area and some bikes being stolen. Also the rent has been increased by 20% which is more than the industry standard.

The high street is 10 mins away with a easy access to entertainment shopping and big grocery stores like Asda , Aldi and Lidl. 10 mins to the neatest tube station with quick link to Central London and the airport. Though u live on the London road, the doors and the windows are sound proof and you do not hear the traffic noise. The bus stop is just adjacent to tbe property and provides quick access to Ealing broadway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had issues with the hob and the lights in the bathroom. Tbe hob was attended promptly but the lights in the bathroom were fixed only after two weeks.

Overall decent management with regards to cleanliness. The cleaners come regularly and shampoo the carpet and clean the common areas. The windows are cleaned twice a year which keeps the building well maintained.

The apartment is modern and well designed providing easy access to the public facilities. The apartments meets the requirements for any modern apartments. Most apartments are spacious, airy and well taken care off. The parking is quite accessible and safe.

The.apartments is aituated a little away from the high street but yet in a relatively quite place. Access to the tube, local shops, parks is quite easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Professional, stepped up when the situation needed, rational in their response.

The parking for visitors is something I didn't realise was unable though we got a work around by parking in public places around.
