Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range and quality of local shops & restaurants is good. Easy walking distance, plus right next to a bus stop and walking distance to train station. Parking on the development is bad and there have been lots of issues with bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been really slow at responding and there have been multiple issues but I think this is to do with a confusing handover from property to building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bin collection is not the same as other properties in Brentwood.

Parking availability is very limited, nice quiet area with beautiful houses on the street. great neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't raised any issues to the building management yet so unable to comment.

Parking facilities aren't sufficient around the area for residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I never thought I’d be able to afford a house in such good location. So close to the station and the high street. We made the mistake of driving to the highstreet once out of laziness and we realised to never make that mistake again as it’s so much quicker to walk. We also have an amazing view from our apartment and I feel so safe here. The only disadvantage is that there are no visitors parking spaces however there is an adjacent street to park on if you do have guests.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have called to ask what’s wrong and have found solutions, very helpful.

Everyone is really friendly and willing to help however in the bin storage place, I don’t know if it’s just disappeared but since we’ve been here there has been no place to recycle plastic.
