Wildheart Residential was born out of City Lofts Group, who went into administration in 2008, the company was set up as a "vehicle to allow for the ongoing management of a portfolio of about £40 million new built residential developments". This management company now manages around 3,000 residential units and are based in Epsom, Surrey, however they manage buildings across the whole of the UK. Wildheart Residential Developments Quayside Lofts is a residential development listed on HomeViews managed by Wildheart Residential. It is located on the north bank of the River Tyne in Newcastle and only a few minutes walk away from the City Centre and less than 500m from Newcastle Central Station, which has access to a wide range of rail services. Great loft in too isolated area

Management good building design location great for accessing city and public transport a bit isolating fine landlord. Construction is crap and nosy but it will go once its finish. Great neighbours but can be too nosy living here.

Very good middle of the action, supermarket, restaurants and transport very nearby.

Very limited parking, too much isolated. If I had known it was that much isolated from all the pubs and the action, I would not have come here.

The design a very nice, with a spacious living room. The building is also very well maintained, with nice interiors. There is not much sense of a community in the development, though everyone is pleasant enough, but everything is very close and you can make great friends around. The parking is great with the underground parking facilities. Supermarkets and the train station are really close by too.

The building is very central, and the area is very quiet. I love that I can take walks around the water as its lovely. The construction around is a bit annoying though.

I would have liked to know that there was a lot of construction about to pop up around.

in the car park there are three levels. there is a car lift and its often broken and there is no ramp so you are stuck

Landlord was really helpful in the moving, nice design moderns the kitchen is very nice. Favourite place the living room a lot of space, modern, decent view and private. Very relax living here. Furniture kind of old and the rest was not included.

Train station great area restaurant public transport and university very close. There is construction but not so much

One window does not open. Nothing to clean with. I would have liked to know that there was construction in front of the place.

You get what you need, with lifts which is great! Bad parking, almost non existent and have to park far away. Coloner Porters is amazing for drink. There is a beautiful sunrise in the morning over the river to wake up to. The area is ideal for the city access

Very nice and quiet area with beautiful interiors

The design are great. The people living in the lofts are very nice and the neighbourhood is quiet. Transport is very easy and we are near a lot of buses and supermarket. Shops nearby, very great location. The landlord is very efficient, he did a lot of things for me. I have been living here for 2 years and I am very happy with everything in my loft.

I pretty much like everything around here, we are in the center near the train station and buses and I am very happy living here.

Nothing, everything was clear from the beginning.
