Cladding issues aside (and that's a big aside), my block is missing cavity barriers that are fundamental for fire protection. In the rare instances where they have been installed they have been classified as defective or inadequate. There is also unsuitable fire stopping for all penetrations relating to cables, ducts and flues. Going on, there are issues with compartmentation in communal areas AND in flats; non-complaint thermal insulation; inconsistent detailing regarding the internal sheathing board; and flammable insulation within the masonry brickwork. Oh and the balconies are flammable too. Surprising? Not for Hill, who consistently change the original designs. These contemptible practices - namely purposefully overlooking rudimentary fire safety provisions and in the process skimming off build budgets - are all about money. Why bother with adequate cavity barriers when you can maximise shareholder value? Why bother with corporate ethics when dividends are up? Who cares if leaseholders can't sleep safe at night, when CEO Andy Hill can? Last week there was a new cladding fire in Tower Hamlets. We're bloody scared, on many levels, and all Hill does is post about awards and profits!

Very nice building and is very spacious but there are not enough rooms and there isn't enough space in the rooms and i cannot fit more than 2 wardrobes in one room and one room only has 1 bed and i cannot fit a desk into the room and it is very annoying because the rooms should be bigger

Very nice block, beautifully designed and the furnished house is amazing and the house is beautiful and the paint jobs look amazing. One thing I would Improve is the rooms are a little small and could do with some improving because more than 2 people can't fit in one room and it is very frustrating because I have a 2 bedroom house with 5 people including my 3 children, because 3 of them have to share a room. The outside facilities are very nice because there is a beautiful park nearby and there is a car park right near.
