It is a little bit expensive in regards to value but not too bad. Overall I am happy." Verified resident on The Forum Discover more Touchstone reviews on HomeViews. Design is very modern, clean and easy to navigate around the building, good access for vehicles and safe underground parking, also have a gym and a security guard and a nice reception area that deals with pet and any problems you have and a nice work area if you want to escape the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shopping centre next door that has plenty of places to eat and get whatever you need from, great takeaways to.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always tried to fix it sort any issues out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on vehicle size some spaces can be a little tight.

New development with cutting edge tech. Well secured and managed. Staff are friendly, competent and helpful if you’re in a tight spot. Very few better places to live in Wycombe. Built in gym and work lounge with all the bells and whistles. Happy living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best area to be in in Wycombe. Right next to the Eden centre which makes shopping easy and there’s plenty to do

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised and dealt with quickly and competently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very nice design, I appreciate the green spaces outdoors. Getting to our bin area is a bit of a trek, considering there are closer bin stores to us. Building management has always gone above and beyond whenever we have had issues which is always a bonus

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to town center and my current work place. Traffic noise isn't an issue unless windows are open.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This isnt to do with management or the building. Mainly the amount of dogs in the outdoor space that aren't on a lead and just running around

The facilities are really useful (concierge/ gym/ parking/ working space etc). The development is light, spacious and they’ve maximised the outdoor space which is great. The team are also lovely and do so much to make sure you feel comfortable living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’re right in the centre of town, so it’s easy to get to the shops and other facilities. But the great thing it manages to be quiet living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems have been dealt with really quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a real community feel here. I didn’t think I’d end up staying for three years but I’m very happy here.

Good place to live

Rita A (Tenant)

Howard Court, HP11

Jul 2024

Howard court is generally very good, pet-friendly, modern apartments with cheap bills, management always available to help, green spaces inside to walk the dog, good gym, easy to receive packages (as I don’t need to be home) and overall a very nice place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good is that I have green spaces to walk the dog and good quality shops; bad is that this area is sometimes unsafe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very quick to solve any of my problems and answer my questions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice working space in the reception area and how quiet the building is (don’t hear any noise from other neighbours)
