Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My only reservations about the area is that nothing is open past 6/7pm. There's nowhere to having dinner in the evenings or anything so you do have to drive out for anything. I think a lot of restaurants in the highstreet would do so well if open later. I've never been to High Wycombe and having moved here into this new location and development, I have never regretted my choice. Aside from that, I feel the location is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you could need such as shops, supermarkets, station, everything. The fact that I rarely need to use my car is so great because everything you could possible need is on your doorstep. Having a supermarket, coffee shop, park and being close to a station were must haves on my list when looking for a location and in High Wycombe where I am, I have exactly all that and more all in walking distance. Having worked from home for the last year and now having to go back to the office a few times a week, the commute to the office, while very expensive, is very convenient. I can be in London with 30 minutes which is quicker than a lot of my friends who actually live within London on the outer skirts. My friends are often quite jealous of how quick that is. All in all, I would not trade the convenience of it all for anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

While I've not had many, the management have dealt with any issues immediately. The security gates were one of the main things I've had any dealings with and the management were ontop of it. While this is still not entirely fixed, they have been on the case.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall, great location, great development, great landlord, and almost no issues whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area might be noisy, especially during the holiday season, but thankfully, the Block House is a gated development. Several large supermarkets are minutes away. We are also very close to the Lanes, a famous and pretty unique area in Brighton. The train station and a few bus stops are also close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since this is a new building, there were a few minor installation fixes and adjustments that have been sorted out now. In general, it is possible to flag any issues on our App or speak directly to the on-site team. They usually respond and fix everything very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was not aware of how busy and noisy this area could be, but it is not an issue with our level of security.

Wonderfully located right by Aldi and only a few minutes from sainsbury. Its also very close to the train station about a 7/8 min walk. I terms of local shops bars and restaurants is right next to the north lanes so there is no shortage of that. I have had no issues with any anti social behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The have been very helpful and immediately addressed my comcerns

Nothing i can think of for at the moment it was a very easy move

The building is very conveniently located near the train station, as well as multiple bus stops & surrounding supermarkets, and convenient stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always helpful & guide you when needed. I have personally not had issues though so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing that I am not so happy with is that we have to go all the way down to the reception to bring people in. I think it would be much better if just the downstairs door was open & the hallway doors were locked with the access key.

The location is perfect and the service is even better. Everything with the move in was so easy and everyone was very helpful

Everything was fast and acted upon on there is little to zero issues and if there is anything everything is resolved fast

There is nothing everything was well explained and toured around and very convenient
