I can highly recommend The Quarters. It’s well located, neat and clean and has all you need. The staff there (Katie, Jamie and Agata) were all great. Friendly, helpful and always accommodating (thank you for that!!).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anything was attended to either immediately or within 24 hours

Nothing. Just wish I had found the place a few months sooner!

Just finishing my second stay here at The Quarters - I didn’t hesitate to return as had such a great experience first time and this time around was no different. Fantastic location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. but also less than 5 mins in the car from the M1. Rooms are well laid out, spacious enough and always well kept. The team are lovely and helpful. And great value for money.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I only had one maintenance issue, which was a leak under the sink and James immediately resolved it, then repaired fully the next day. All of the team are always so helpful and I’ve never had any issues.

Nothing really - Katie is brilliant at explaining everything before you move in and there wasn’t anything I didn’t expect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As a commuter the Quarters is ideal as I am a five min walk form Watford Junction. The shops and high street is a ten min walk. It’s perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anytime i have had a problem ( which is minimum ) James the maintence man is always there to help. He recently fitted me a new kitchen to a great standard. Any other problems are always sorted as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An iron and ironing board, whilst one is available to use it’s always best to have your own.

It was perfect. I loved living here, I felt so secure and everyone around was lovely too. Especially the staff!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Within minutes! If I needed anything at all, I was replied to within minutes

I can’t think of anything at all, it was brilliant

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the area is served exceptionally well, under the Swiss Quarter building there is a bus stop and in front of it the underground, so in a quarter of an hour you can reach the center of London and any other area. Opposite there is a large Waitrose and about 300 meters away a large shopping center with a Sainsbury’s inside. Inside the building there is a very nice Italian restaurant Terra Terra with a covered room and an outdoor terrace. In the area there are many cafes, pizzeria, and some restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t have any issues during the 3 months we have been there

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We believed that the housekeeping every 15 days would have been not enough, instead it was okay considering that also at home we change our bed sheets and bathroom linens every 15 days, hence I think it is a sustainable solution
