Regal London developments HomeViews lists Regal London properties right across the capital. These include Royal Quay, which is neighboured by the Limehouse Cut Canal, the ultra-stylish Shoreditch Exchange and The Atelier, a luxurious collection of apartments in West Kensington. King's Cross Quarter is a development that's especially popular with professionals, thanks to its close proximity to the transport links of King's Cross St Pancras. Regal London reviews "Concierge, parking (separately available) a gym and three pleasant outside spaces. All the flats have a terrace or a balcony, ceilings are high and the flats are bright. Kitchens are all open-plan and the appliances are good quality. The development will be managed by a professional company – good news as the flats all look on to one or other of the communal spaces so you want quiet neighbours." – HomeViews Property Pro on The Avenue Read reviews from Regal London residents by clicking on the developments below. Grand Canal Apartments, N1

Good facilities - recently upgraded lift, regular cleaning of communal areas. Building management has improved over the last couple of years and addressed issues raised by residents. Sorted building safety measures in 2021 as soon as flagged to them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, right by the canal so fantastic for walks. Lots of independent pubs/restaurants nearby. On a side rode so no traffic noise. Need a permit for on street parking but building has underground car park.

What is the best feature of your home:

Dual aspect floor to ceiling windows with canal views and quiet surrounding area

Stunning development close to transport links

Paul S (Owner)

Clapham Place, SW9

Oct 2021

Clapham Place is a well designed and decorated building that feels modern and welcoming. While the management is good, the gym closing early and limited concierge hours is frustrating. A great development however and I’m pleased I bought here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with excellent transport links, lots of gyms, shops and amenities within a short walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Wouldn’t actively go to them for help in the future, I got a short clipped response when asking about help with a delivery

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The availability of the amenities (concierge, gym) - for what we pay in service charge, they are very limited for the cost

Needs serious work

Scheiffer (Tenant)

Shoreditch Exchange, E2

- Building looks great to look at - Cinema could be open until midnight - It does feel a little like a hotel here - Building management are 10/10 - LOVE THEM ALL - Property Management I unfortunately do not rate. Increased rent, but constant problems.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I will start with the good, unfortunately it's the only good. The concierge team are incredible, extremely helpful and have taken care of me perfectly since living here. Unfortunately, that can't quite be said about the team looking after the entire building. Water tends to go off monthly and the gym has had leaking issues twice, the first issue took weeks to repair and now I have been told the gym is closed, yet again. If I could justify the price per month of these properties based on the concierges attitude, then it would be worth all the money in the world. However, living here really isn't worth the cost based on the habitual issues. Rent was also increased recently, which is extremely disappointing given the circumstances.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They help every single time, never put a foot wrong

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The natural light in my apartment is poor, but that's only a fault of my own. Double check when viewing these properties.

Interior Space is well-designed

J L (Owner)

Clapham Place, SW9

Oct 2021

Interior Space is well-designed. Very few wasted square meters in the flat. Spacious living area and well-fitted bedrooms. The lack of concierge after working hours is a small drawback, but concierge is available on Saturday so it’s not the end of the world. Gym could include more equipments, very minimalist at the moment. Management is responsive to queries and warm.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport link is wonderful, especially for those who do not drive. Lot of variety of shops nearby close to Clapham high street. Traffic noise is acceptable. Would be much appreciated if Bin collection is more frequent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swift response to queries. Good communication with us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The space between flats are narrow, especially from the balcony.

The development is modern and has lots of great amenities, like a gym and shares terraces.

Beth Clarke (Tenant)

Clapham Place, SW9

Oct 2021

The development is modern and has lots of great amenities, like a gym and shares terraces. My flat is spacious and comes with a very nice large patio. The concierge is also great and it is very convenient to be able to have parcels delivered when I am not home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is in a great location, surrounded by great transport links, pubs, restaurants and gyms.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. When I had an issue with a flickering light in the hall outside my flat it was fixed within a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no building parking so moving into the flat is quite difficult, as you have to park down the street and carry all of your things in.
